Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by trouble falling and staying asleep that persists for some time and interferes with daily functioning. Insomnia can co-exist with other medical and emotional problems. Our providers are trained in CBT-I (CBT for Insomnia). Treatment might include tracking sleep with a sleep diary.
Facing difficult/unwanted change and loss
Couples and Families get stuck and struggle to approach change together. Common problems addressed in treatment include:

Navigating complex life changing decisions, approaching divided view
Parenting, dealing with extended families, aging parents, caregiving
Rebuilding trust, coping with “the shame of staying”, discussing the “breached contract”
